Congratulations to Dan Ivanoff Reports: Amazon will expand to downtown Bellevue
Published: October 6, 2016 The rumor that Amazon is leasing a new office building in downtown Bellevue is true. The Puget Sound Business Journal first reported the news in August, and new reports by two commercial real estate companies – Colliers International and the Broderick Group – state that Amazon is leasing Centre 425, a 16-story building going up at at Northeast Fourth Street and 106th Avenue. The Broderick report says the lease is pending, while The Colliers (Nasdaq: CIGI) report says the lease was signed Friday. |
